Allred attacks Spears' attorneys

The attorney representing Britney Spears' former bodyguard has poured scorn on the pop star's legal team for failing to get her into court.
Spears has failed to show for two crucial custody hearings this month, leaving celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred asking why the 'Toxic' singer's lawyers can't make her attend court hearings.
Allred says: "If she were my client, I'd have her in check and she'd be at court on time."
In the latest non-show incident on Wednesday, Spears reportedly arrived an hour late, walked into the Los Angeles courthouse and through a metal detector before telling her attorney she couldn't go through with a court appearance. She then fled.
On the same day, Allred grilled her client, the singer's former bodyguard Tony Barretto, as part of a deposition.
She adds: "We discussed several issues, including Britney's drug use, her nudity and her ability to drive with her children."
Allred tells America's 'In Touch Weekly' magazine that the two-hour deposition was in preparation for her client to testify in court when the Spears custody battle with her ex-husband Kevin Federline goes to trial.
