Lindsay Lohan broke up with her girlfriend Samantha Ronson just before the two were popped by paparazzi leaving the Waverly Inn in New York City on Tuesday night.
I find that hard to believe since both Lindsay and Sam looked awfully happy in aforementioned photos, but you never can tell.

"One of our inside New York sources, Guest of a Guest spotted the actress/deejay duo at the Waverly Inn last night, a Gotham hotspot frequented by all of the Big Apple's most in-the-know glitterati. All seemed well enough as they dashed out of a sleek black SUV and past the usual swarm of paparazzi into the restaurant. But then things got ugly! Our source tells us:
"We really did not pay much attention to them once we were seated, except at the end of their meal when Lindsay stood up and stepped/stumbled on [my friend's] foot. Without looking back or apologizing she headed straight out the door. We guess her exit was spontaneous as Samantha was behind her sputtering: 'Are you leaving?' 'Lindsay are you leaving?' 'I guess she’s leaving.' 'She just left!'"

Haven’t said much about Lindsay Lohan in a while now so it was about time. Couple of things happened with the girl, but they are all good things.
First she is back on the set of Ugly Betty, second she is not afraid anymore to show her affection for Samantha in public. They are seen more often holding hands or hugging, but no kissing.
Now when you are 13th and you are holding hands with your best girl friend that’s nothing wrong in that but when you 22 and you live in the same house with your bgf and you are holding hands and hugging and kissing with her something is not ok.
I just hope these two will admit they love each other and that they are together. I don’t think anyone has something against it; it’s so great feeling to be in love. They shouldn’t be ashamed and hide.
Can you believe it? After a horribly tumultuous year in 2007, Lindsay Lohan has returned to her all-night-partying ways, and she’s certainly not apologizing for it.
The “Georgia Rule” actress was spotted out on the town in NYC, hitting up several nightclubs. She visited the Beatrice Inn, as well as The Box, and One Oak before disappearing into the night.
And all the while, she seemed annoyed that the paparazzi were taking her picture - a stark contrast to the LiLo that we all know and love who smiles for the cameras during the day when she’s not doing anything wrong. Reportedly she was out until 3:30 am.

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly started writing her autobiography in a desperate bid to raise some cash.
The 21-year-old actress - who is rumoured to be in financial difficulties after blowing her $7 million fortune on drugs, alcohol and rehab - has begun penning her memoirs in the hope it will become a bestseller.
A source said: "She regrets all the cash she threw around the last couple years. She needs everything to fall into place and get her back on track, and fast."
It was recently reported Lindsay is so poor she has been asking friends for loans.
A source said: "Lindsay has been openly asking her friends for handouts. She has nothing to spend."
Lindsay's extravagant spending spree reportedly included $1 million on just one hotel bill.
She has also spent more than $137,000 on three separate stints in rehab battling her drug and alcohol addictions, and thousands more in legal fees for her driving under the influence (DUI) charge.
Lindsay is also thought to have blown more than $1 million on clothes and $500,000 on partying, with another $70,000 spent in tanning and hair salons.
She has been forced her to sell her $2.85 million Los Angeles apartment and her $1 million New York property because she couldn't afford the mortgage payments.

USA Today has named Britney Spears the celebrity of the year. They counted all the times celebrities were mentioned in 11 different magazines, websites and other places. Spears got more mentions than any other celebrity: 22,112. That's nearly 11,000 more mentions than Angelina Jolie. Jolie's husband, Brad Pitt came in third, 4,000 mentions behind his wife. Lindsay Lohan ranks fourth, followed by Jennifer Aniston. Rounding out the top ten are Katie Holmes, Paris Hilton, Nicole Ritchie, Anna Nicole Smith and Jessica Simpson.
Sure, she’s got a bad reputation. But in her case against Raymundo Ortega regarding an automobile collision, it looks like Lindsay Lohan is innocent of drunk driving.
Earlier this month, LiLo submitted an official deposition in which she stated, “I did not consume an alcoholic beverage or any type of medication or drug in the hours prior to my arrival at the Ivy. Additionally, at no time between my arrival at the Ivy and the subject automobile accident did I consume an alcoholic beverage, medication or other drug.”
And she’s not the only one singing that song. Fortunately for the “Mean Girls” actress, her waiter has come forward to corroborate her story. Adam Novicki told the court, “I know for a fact Miss Lohan did not order an Ivy gimlet.”
Even LAPD Alonzo Howell, who was working security at the Ivy that day, backs Lindsay up. “She appeared coherent, spoke without slurring words, was steady on her feet, walked without staggering, maintained her complete balance, and her eyes were not bloodshot.”
With all of this said, it looks like Ortega’s attorney has his work cut out for him if he hopes to win the $200,000+ case. In addition, if the troubled singer/actress is proven innocent, Raymundo has a $75,000 countersuit to worry about.
