Snoop Dogg to record duet with Bollywood star
snoop dogg is set to give his fans a taste of something different with his next release.
He's working with Bollywood star Akshay Kumar on a bhangra tune that will be used as the title track for the Hindi film Singh Is Kinng.Snoop, 36 – real name Calvin Broadus – and actor Akshay, 40, are also planning a Bollywood-style video to accompany the song. ‘Snoop was to have his own crew and clothes,’ a source tells the Daily Mirror. ‘But Akshay convinced him to don a sardar look for the £250,000 video. It's totally different from what you'd expect from him. ‘With the song you get two very different styles - hip-hop with Snoop and bhangra with Akshay. Their chemistry's well worth seeing!’
